Shakira's new single featuring Rihanna.

Shakira is teaming up with Rihanna for the first single of her upcoming studio album. Called "Can't Remember to Forget You'', the track will hit the charts on January 13.

Shakira announced via Twitter this week to release the artwork for the upcoming single, confirming rumors that the song is a collaboration with Rihanna.

Shakira is expected to release her next album in the coming months. She debuted her last record, "Sale el Sol," in 2010. The project performed well in international markets and also Stateside, as it hit No. 7 on the Billboard 200. Shakira, has long seen success with her collaborations. Past hits include 2006's "Hips Don't Lie" with Wyclef Jean and 2007's "Beautiful Liar" with Beyonce.
