The Spanish air company Iberia, after   meetings for discurssing  the situation, has reached an   agreement  regarding the use of electronic devices.   from Monday 17^th March 2014 iberia  passengers may use their electronic devices, but only in airplane mode or with disabled data transmission. The devices that users can use are mobile phones, tablets, electronic books or music players. This measure is only valid for flights operated by  Iberia or any of its filials, Vueling or Iberia express.

The passengers will soon  fly on long-haul cabins, on business or tourist, can enjoy  Wi-Fi conection and data transmission. 

Ariana Grande - ''Problem'' Premiere.

American singer-songwriter and actress Ariana Grande has ready her highly-awaited new single, first taste of the upcoming sophomore studio album after the success of her acclaimed debut ‘Yours Truly‘, released in 2013.

The song co-written by Ilya, Myron Birdsong, Max Martin and Savan Kotecha, is called ‘Problem‘ and in it, she shows a new sound, as she said, in this second album she tries to enjoy other music styles away from the melodic pop / R&B included in her debut. The single has the guest vocals of Australian rapper Iggy Azalea . American hip-hop artist Big Sean also hinted that he’s featured as a ‘mystery whisperer’ on the record. It was the fastest song to get number 1 on iTunes.

The singer performed live the track for the first time on the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards on Saturday April 27th. ‘Problem‘ will be released on iTunes on April 28th. The song is a smash track from the first listen mixing the classic Ariana’s vocal style with saxo-flavor ‘Get Right‘ by Jennifer Lopez plus a lot of percussion. Fresh new song, and hypnotically catchy!

Grande also collaborates with Chris Brown in his upcoming single 'Don't Be Gone Too Long', included on his sixth studio album ‘X‘.

MEETING AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT

Today we´re meeting Daniel M.T, he´s a student of the IES La Oliva, he´s going to travel to the USA.

-Hello, what are you going to do in the USA and how long?

Hi, I´m going to study in an American High School for a year.

-What are you going to miss about Fuerteventura?

Firstly, the sun and the weather, and then, the beaches, my friends, my family, the food.

-Were are you going to stay?

I will stay with an American family.

-What do you want to become in your future?

Well, I would like to be a musician or a scientist and I would like to study in an American

University and this is a chance for me to know how is the american  educational system.

-What places of the USA do you want to visit?

I´d like to visit Florida, NY City, Great Canion in Colorado, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle.

-What are your expections for this amazing country?

The United States is a country which you always see on TV and different TV series so is very interesting to know which is the contrast with its international image, but I don´t have a clear idea of what I will find.

-How do you get this incredible opportunity?

I contact with a company which organises international exchanges.

-How do you feel about going a year in another country where you don´t know anyone? Are you worried?

Of course I am, but this is a great chance to me and a big dream, so I think you can´t live all your life with fear, you have to try hard, and if it doesn´t work you try harder to archieve your purposes.

Jenson Button 'Challenge Fuerteventura 2014'

British Formula 1 driver Jenson Button attend the 'Challenge Fuerteventura 2014' to be held on April 26 with his partner and a group of members of Team Ishiban friends.

Thus, the average distance triathlon 'Challenge Fuerteventura 2014' will feature a luxurious presence. Many international athletes will travel to Fuerteventura for those dates to swim 1.9 miles, cycle 90 miles on bike and run 21 kilometers.

On April 20 Jenson Button will held in the China Grand Prix Formula 1 and then he will move  to Fuerteventura to participate in the triathlon.

Good girl Ariana Grande has found herself in a bad situation.

 Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton posted tweets accusing Ariana Grande of taking cocaine.
The 20-year-old Nickelodeon star and singer could be heading to court not for drugs-related charges, but to sue Hilton for the allegations. Ariana Grande’s camp told Radar Online that “the claims are absolutely false” and she is planning to take legal action against Hilton for his tweets.

According to Radar Online, Hilton started to post tweets on Sunday that attacked Arianas’s character. The tweets, which have since apparently been deleted, included, “Are you okay? I heard someone saw you doing cocaine at a party this weekend. Stay away from drugs Ariana!!!” and “I’m 

praying for you! You can overcome this!!”

Ariana Grande’s fans immediately fired back at the blogger, posting tweets such as “Die!”

Katy Perry's new video for ''Dark Horse''

Walking like an Egyptian just got cool again! Katy Perry premiered the video for her new hit single "Dark Horse", featuring rapper Juicy J, on Thursday, Feb. 20.

The Matthew Cullen-directed clip features the 29-year-old as her latest alter ego, Queen Katy-Patra, haughtily looking on as different suitors try to win her over with gifts ranging from a huge diamond to an adorable puppy. But when those men don’t make the cut, Perry unleashes her goddess-like powers to turn them into sand.

"So you wanna play with magic/Boy, you should know what you're falling for," she seductively sings. "Baby do you dare to do this? /Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse…"

As fans have come to expect, "Dark Horse" is a colorful spectacle that shows Perry in multiple crazy looks. In one scene, she’s wearing a purple diamond grill, and in another, she covers her body in stone-colored paint, posing as a statue. Later, as Juicy J raps, she pole dances in front of him.

The trap-infused song is the singer’s latest single to go no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, her ninth to do so following “Roar” from her third studio album Prism.

''PEN PAL'' PROJECT

In the high school of La Oliva (Fuerteventura) the students are taking part in a “pen pal” project. Spanish students are exchanging  emails with the students of  Yarmouth in Maine (USA),during this academic year. The aim  of the project is that the students of La Oliva  learn to speak  English and the students of Maine learn to speak Spanish.
